Biography
Dr. Jay Jorge is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship-trained minimally invasive and bariatric surgeon. After serving his country for six years on active duty as a Navy Corpsman, Dr. Jorge completed his surgical residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and a fellowship in bariatric and robotic surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa. His particular interests are in bariatric, robotic, and minimally invasive surgery as well as advanced endoscopy specializations. Dr. Jorge is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery.
